1.1 Welcome to GamingBuddy!
These terms govern your use of GamingBuddy and the features, technologies and software we offer, except where we explicitly state that separate terms apply.
GamingBuddy is a social media used on the website: gamingbuddy.gg.
The social media brings gamers together.
Business terms describe the collaboration between the user of GamingBuddy and GamingBuddy. The business conditions regulate the relationship between the users of the social media among themselves.
2.1 As a user of GamingBuddy and all its features, you will be informed of changes in the applicable business terms, agreements and the processes that lie in the platform to operate the collaboration between its partners.
2.2 We allow you to express yourself and communicate to others:
There are many ways in which you can express yourself on GamingBuddy and communicate to other gamers, your most important values, eg. Sharing status updates, photos and videos across the GamingBuddy platform, send messages to one or multiple other users, creating groups, or adding content to your profile.
2.3 We oppose harmful behavior and protect and support our community:
People will only create and partake in communities in GamingBuddy if they feel comfortable in doing so. If we detect abuse of our products, harmful behavior towards others, and situations where we can help or support, and protect our community, its content or behavior, we will take the appropriate precautions such as offer help, remove content, block access to certain features, disable an account, or contact the authorities.
3.1 The initiation of the collaboration takes place by becoming a user of GamingBuddy. For changes, refer to the always applicable business terms in the platform.
4.1 Upon payment, the user can use Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. GamingBuddy uses the Stripe payment platform, www.stripe.com, to execute transactions. Stripe uses the latest standards in payment and security by which terms users hereby agrees to (https://stripe.com/us/connect-account/legal). GamingBuddy is therefore not responsible for the use of the information or system that Stripe uses or any other form of third-party involvement. GamingBuddy does not store your payment information.
5.1 The user pays GamingBuddy via Stripe
6.1 The user will find their receipt in their bank account immediately after the transfer. In addition, they will receive a receipt by e-mail from GamingBuddy sent to the e-mail address associated with the user’s account at the time of creation.
7.1 The data known by GamingBuddy is: Your name, country where the account was created and e-mail.
These are the only known informations that GamingBuddy has about you. These are used solely for the purpose of making GamingBuddy’s Quick-match feature more easy and reliable.
GamingBuddy keeps this information for 5 years and thereafter destroys it. You can, by contacting GamingBuddy, get a copy and access to the information stored about you, and thus check whether GamingBuddy is in line with GDPR
8.1 GamingBuddy in no way sells or assigns your personal information to third parties without you being informed and then giving your consent to it.
9.1 GamingBuddy strives to ensure the security of all credit cards and any other personal information. However, we disclaim any liability for damages that may result in information released to third parties. As a user, you agree with
9.2 GamingBuddy uses third-party services to process credit card information.

10.1 GamingBuddy expects all communication and dialogue between all partners to take place in a sober and cooperative manner.
We abstain from offensive language and content and this has consequences for the user. For example, GamingBuddy reserves the right to exclude users temporarily or permanently. GamingBuddy wishes to ensure the correct function of our platform and services offered and to provide users with security when using them.

Regardless of any other countermeasures, we reserve the right to limit or suspend our services and user accounts, prohibit access to our sites and their content, services and tools, delay or remove hosted content and take technical and legal action to keep users away from our sites, if we assume that these users are causing problems or possible claims, violate third-party intellectual property or breach the wording or spirit of our policies.
In addition, we reserve the right to terminate unconfirmed user accounts or accounts that have been inactive within a period of more than 12 months, as well as the right to change or suspend the GamingBuddy platform, including services and tools.
11.1 We want people to use GamingBuddy to express themselves and share content that is important to them, but not at the expense of security and the welfare of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree that you will not display the behavior described below (or to promote or support others in doing so):
You may not use our products to perform or share anything: That will violate these terms, our community rules and and other terms and policies that apply to your use of GamingBuddy.
12.1 If a provision of the terms is found to be invalid or otherwise impracticable, that provision is deleted from the terms while the remaining provisions remain applicable.
13.1 All disputes that may arise in connection with GamingBuddy’s business terms and conditions must be settled by the City of Copenhagen
